Vivex Capital Group invests in Mouse Internet Media

Companies’ group Vivex Capital Group (Poland) announced investment in Ukrainian agency Mouse Internet Media.

According to representatives of Vivex, consistent with partner agreements, Polish investments will be directed not only to financial, but also to intellectual capital of Mouse Internet Media. It means transfer of experience, skills, know-how and technologies to the Ukrainian partner.

The main target of this investment project is transformation of Mouse Internet Media into strong international agency working in Ukraine, in the field of interactive marketing. Representatives of Vivex are convinced that the keystone of success and effectiveness of their investment is high professional level of Ukrainian Internet-media partner and the rapid development of interactive communications market in Ukraine.

As for the current moment, the sum of the deal is not publicized.

As for the investment commitments, in the nearest future, a subdivision of mobile marketing will be created in the structure of Mouse Internet Media, with the purpose of providing wide-ranging mobile interactive media services to its clients. Aside from that, Mouse Internet Media will be allowed unlimited access to technologies and experience of its Polish partners, interests of whose are represented by the investment company Vivex Capital Group.
